Bom, quando criei as minhas poses foi com tutoriais de vídeos em inglês, consegui entender super bem(obrigado estudos, UAHSUHA), mas eu usei com outra programa, dessa vez o blender e com um tutorial em PT-BR por yokoq, usuário da Kachu Sims.
